Electrical Engineer

This role will be responsible for: As a Engineer- Motor Design, you will lead development of various motors (Induction Motor, BLDC, SRM, IPM, PMDC and electrically commuted Hybrid motors) motor based energy efficient home appliances

✔ Very good working knowledge of anykind of electrical Motor.

✔ Excellent communication and comfortable to handle clients independently.

✔ Have a strong practical as well as theroretical knowledge of designing and developments of electrical motors.

Roles and Responsibilities

✔ Simulate, analyze and design various motors for product application.

✔ Lead design, prototyping and validation of motors.

✔ Experiment, test, validate and document designed motors within set timelines and cost.

✔ Design motor testing benches and setups.

Key Skills:

* Sound knowledge in magnetics design.

* Experience in FE analysis Machine losses and minimization.

* Winding methods Material properties.

Thermal design Experience on Analysis tools like FEM and equivalent motor design software tools.

* Good knowledge in the design of single and three phase AC induction motor, BLDC motor, PMSM motors and components including windings, laminations, magnets, insulation systems, electric drive circuitry, harness and connectors.

* Ability to integrate the motor with hardware, testing and validation of the complete product.

* Strong trouble shooting skills in motor application

Required Experience and Qualifications:

* 1-4 Years of Experience.

Software Skills:

Candidat must know and having strong knowledgein the following software's

Ansys RMxprt*, Motor Cad*, Maxwell*, FEMM, Jmag, Emetor

Education:

BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech
