Design & Development of Efficient Synchronous motor

We are highly capable of designing and prototyping of both Single phase and 3-Phase Synchronous motor for various application with efficiency higher than existing.

As we know that now the world is moving towards energy-efficient designs in all electrical equipments. We highly experts in electromagnetic designs, mechanical designs, controllar design and developments, including Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and blade design. We have end to end solution provider for any kind of electrical motor. Currently We have designed & developed highly efficient Synchronous motor for ceiling fan application. Patent is filed and will get approved soon.

Research Contribution

We have developed a robust methodology for the design and development of single and 3-phase Synchronous motor with experimental validation. FEA approach has been used for the accurate prediction and design of single and 3-phase Synchronous motor. However, we have great capabilities in the detailed study the magnetic behaviors. For ceiling fan applications we have designed and developed 45W Synchronous motor ceiling fan with Air delivery 220 CMM. Howerver this power can be reduced further by maintaining the same CMM

Work Performed

1. The FEA and computational analysis of Motor performance of an Synchronous motor has been performed through a different approach.

2. Geometrical modelling has been done for redesigning and modelling of Synchronous motor and its parts.

3. Established accurate methodologies that has been developed for the prediction of accurate results.

4. Also The time-stepping transient and Taguchi's optimisation techniques has been used for accurate prediction.

5. Analysis of the induced voltage, flux distribution, air gap, flux linkage, flux density etc has been done very precisely foraccurate prediction.
